INDIAN CDC (CONTINUOUS DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE)

We provide Indian CDC which requires the following

  • Personal Survival Techniques (PST)Duration: 3 Days
  • Copy of Data pages of a valid National Passport
  • Passport size Photograph with clear White Background
  • Medical Certificate from D.G Shipping approved Doctor
  • INDOS number (Indian National Database of Seafarers)
  • Age – Above 18 years
  • Basic STCW Safety Training Course
  • Elementary First Aid (EFA)
  • Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR)
  • Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
  • Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF)
  • Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD)

NOTE:  SMO/APPLICATION NO SAME DAY.

PROCESSING TIME – CDC/Seaman Book will be issue within around 30 days, this will be valid for 10 years.

INDIAN WATCH-KEEPING

The Watch Keeping Certificate will be issue only after sailing experience of 6-15 Months. We provide Indian Watch Keeping which requires the following:

  • Copy of INDOS Number print out / DG Shipping Profile
  • Passport size color Photo
  • Copy of Indian CDC/Seaman Book (All Stamped Pages with Self Attested)
  • Copy of Passport (All Stamped Pages with Self Attested)
  • Letter issued by the owner of the Vessel/ Agent in original regarding Sea Services with
  • RPSL number Postal Address, E-mail Address of the Recruiting Company in India and Operator/ Owner of the Ship for Sea Service Verification
  • Training Record Book (TAR BOOK)

COPY OF TRAINING COURSES AS APPLICABLE -:

  • PRE-SEA Training (G.P RATING)
  • Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF)
  • Elementary First Aid (EFA)
  • Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
  • Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR)
  • Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD)
  • Copy of 10th Marksheet / Passing Certificate

NOTE: Watch Keeping will be issue within 5 days with Web Verification function, this will be valid for UNLIMITED.

INDIAN COP (CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY)- ABLE SEAFARER DECK/ENGINE

The Watch Keeping Certificate will be issue only after sailing experience of 12-18 Months.

We provide Indian Watch Keeping which requires the following:

  • Copy of INDOS number print out
  • Passport size Color Photo
  • Approved AB Training Record Book (TAR BOOK)
  • Copy of Indian CDC/Seaman Book (All Stamped Pages with Self Attested)
  • Copy of Passport (All Stamped Pages with Self Attested)
  • Photocopy of COP as Rating Forming Part of Navigational Watch/Engineering Watch

COPY OF TRAINING COURSES AS APPLICABLE -:

  • PRE-SEA Training (G.P RATING)
  • Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF)
  • Elementary First Aid (EFA)
  • Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
  • Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR)
  • Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD)
  • Photocopy of Article of Agreement in case of Indian Flag Ships OR Contract Letter in case of Foreign Flag Vessels
